  34. On May 19th, from 03:23 to 03:38 UTC, LUSAT-1 command station (operated by
  35. Norberto Pennini, LU8DYF), had tried to start the satellite.  This operation
  36. was unsuccessfull.

  38. In the next passes, Norberto will restart the software load process.

  40.                       PLEASE DO NOT USE THE SATELLITE !!!

  42. Please note that the satellite will not be operational for regular users for
  43. the next 7 to 30 days period.

  47. May/17/94 at 02:00 and May/18/94 at 02:00 UTC, please send it to the LUSAT-1

  49. LU8DYF @ ANY ACTIVE SATELLITE, or via Internet to: lu8dyf@asarin.org.ar
